WNHO Wellness Club is a health and lifestyle improvement initiative under the WNHO Health Care Group, Pune (India). It focuses on Reversal and Remission of chronic conditions such as Asthma, Diabetes (Type 2), Hypertension (High BP), Obesity, Underweight Problems, and Sexual Health Issues (Erectile Dysfunction, Low Libido) through scientifically designed natural and preventive therapies

Who can join the Wellness Club?

Anyone above the age of 18 years suffering from lifestyle-related or chronic diseases, or individuals who wish to prevent future illness

What therapies and methods are used?

Each program includes a blend of Modern Medicine, Naturopathy, Diet Therapy, and Yoga Therapy.

Are the programs online or offline?

The WNHO Wellness Programs are offered in Hybrid Mode: • Online Mode: Digital consultation, diet chart, and follow-up monitoring • Offline Mode: In-person therapy, clinical examination, etc

How long does the reversal program take?

Program duration varies according to the condition and patient’s response: • Basic Program: 1 Month • Advanced Program: 3 Months • Complete Lifestyle Reversal Plan: 6 to 12 Months

Can I continue taking my regular medications while participating in this program?

Yes. You must continue your current prescribed medicines initially. WNHO doctors evaluate your health regularly, and only if improvement is observed, medications are adjusted in consultation with your treating physician. The process is gradual, safe, and evidence-based.
